Topic	Vet finds lost dog with identification on him, but euthanizes him anyway

Then I realized being a vet meant running a business. And making decisions such as Do I take care of this pet until the owner shows up and hope I get reimbursed? Surely they can scan the chip and make a single phone call. They clearly did that to send a bill. And euthanizing a dog costs money.
