A prompt will appear on the screen to make them spawn again.That works for the ones Chadley sends you to, but I looked it up and the toxicap mushrooms are only in that one sidequest. People said I would need to finish the game and unlock chapter select before I could see them again. I did use the rematch prompt on a few Chadley ones where I didn't manage to stagger the enemy before killing them. colliding posted... embarrassing fact about me: I didn't even know you could "fix" the chocobo stations until the third area.But a cute little chocobo leads you to them!
