Topic	Ok, Japan trip done. General stuff we did, pros and cons.

Customer is always right sort of deal, and employers generally having more leverage than their workers aka don't like it apply somewhere else mentality... it's also why hazing is a well known issue the higher you go up the corporate ladder.
