I don't think adding the crew of the Ghost would add all that much to the series and it certainly wouldn't be worth the actual headache of arranging it. You'd either be recasting the lot of them or arranging for a bunch of their actors to come back for what would likely be a small scene. That's a lot of work and for what? I don't necessarily mind cameos but they need to make sense in the context of the story being told both narratively and in tonality. And frankly the tone of this arc was not a "oh look it's Ezra!" one.
