So basically we won't know actual results until after BC polls close which is I THINK 7pm? Of course if there's lines in some areas that time can get pushed back. Results from out east should come in pretty quickly since they'll be counting before polls close in the west but they just can't release the results. Yeah the times are staggered across the country so the polls all finish at about the same time.
