Very first thought is that Mario Kart World doesn't look like an upgrade over 8 at all. I'm about as far from a graphics guy as a gamer can get, but the Switch was already underpowered and it's coming up on a decade between Nintendo consoles, so I expected a more noticeable visual "pop" for the first unveil.
