WHY would that have to be part of the vote? Obviously this is a hypothetical scenario because Russia's position is that "East Ukraine" is actually just "West Russia", but in the impossible scenario where Russia allowed all Ukrainians to vote in a Ukrainian Election, why would "continue the war with Russia" be on the ballot? They were invaded, they didn't choose to be at war to begin with.
