Koleda and Neko aren't very strong, and I could get M1... Lycaon maybe? Or keep getting levels on Rina? Yeah if you have Lighter/(Astra or Lucy) that is honestly good enough to carry S11 if you don't care about Evelyn. Qingyi is only good with Zhu Yuan and Harumasa atm. Rina I think is only worth using on Grace or Yanagi teams but buffing her is pretty good if you do. Otherwise...yeah, not a lot of value so you can do whatever. I also finally hit 300 but I'm gonna wait and see how my 50/50 on Qingyi or Anby goes before doing anything.
