Sounds like she probably DID like you, but by ham-ing it up like this it gave her a layer of insulation if you didn't feel the same way. If you shot her down she could give you the ole "nah your cool as a friend, but I was just joking around man." And if you were interested she could pivot into "Really? I always kind of liked you, but I was just messing around cause I dont think you would ever like me back."
