Maple Treeway is just wonderful. My absolute favorite memory is playing with B8 on video chat and timing my lightning bolt so that it hit everyone as they were flying through the cannon and hearing the combined screams coming in after the delay.
I actually don't like Big Blue that much. The theme is amazing, but it's a bit too short and no one segment interests me. I'd rather have Mute City, but it got knocked out... On the other hand, Ribbon Road (respectively, the remade rendition) can eat it just for that part with the wavy track where I always accidentally do a trick when I'm just trying to drift to line up for the shortcut and end up flying off the course.
Sunshine Airport is a great course. The design and theme are top class. Also, I normally don't like shortcut turns before the finish line, but Sunshine Airport has the best one because you can do it shroomless but have to dodge the shipping boxes. It's led to a lot of amazing final moments where I've cut across, zipped in between the obstacles, and taken the win. It's always fun.
Even if Waluigi Pinball wasn't a 10/10 course, I'm not that big of a fan on Toad's Turnpike. It's just too simplistic. It's a shame the "traffic going the opposite direction in Mirror Mode" thing never came back though.
