On TikTok, art lore is associated with a trend on where artists criticize other artists' drawings that they deem problematic (racist, bigoted, etc.) by posting videos tracing over the original art, "fixing" it or recreating the video showcasing the art in a mocking way. The trend became popularized on TikTok in late November throughout December 2022.
