And the First Amendment is you're allowed to say whatever you want without fear of punishment from the government or cops. It means they can't lock you up for it, it doesn't mean you're allowed to say whatever the fuck you want, and it doesn't apply to the <u>INTERNET</u>, which isn't the USA.
The world did just fine without Tiktok for thousands of years, and ever since Tiktok existed, the world has gone to shit. Ban it and keep it banned. Now move onto other social media, specially Twitter. Muskrat is literally threatening politicians if they don't agree with him, telling them he'll show everyone their DMs. He doesn't even hide it, he literally just posts the threats for all to see.
The government banning something people used for their free speech is the government violating free speech.
