With quality of life updates, the game slightly improved upon pacing issues since you finish a quest you can instantly go back to the quest giver. This was one of the main issues for the vanilla game. Sure the quality of those quests still hurt the game, but spending minutes on them instead of half an hour to an hour greatly improves upon this.

If you like cinematic and action then it should be a no brainer. If youre strictly into deep, customizable games then not so much. But it is a good game with a meta score of 87 for vanilla game. Id say with updates and DLC that improves upon some of the games shortcomings, it turns into a 8.9 or 9.
