It's a vicious cycle, ads continue to get more aggressive as blockers become more sophisticated. If Google or whoever really want to break this, the solution is put their foot down on aggressive, obnoxious, dangerous, and inappropriate advertising and better respect user's privacy. That is the only way to convince a tech-savvy audience to disable their blockers. The other option is to make adblocks a bannable offense.
