Sometimes it sends more messages from the future to scare off fate breakers or it lays low and delays their insistent inevitability. And sometimes it just retcons the entire universe around them to try again in new and different but also less exciting ways. At a certain point you just gotta throw in the towel. That is what this time traveler learned as all of his schemes to obtain his own world fell apart. Ulti has died, he was SKYNET SCUM Time Ninja Yet time is not linear. Just because He is now dead in the present, does not mean He can not cause any more harm from the past or future. Fate will find a way to claim victory. But more importantly, they would find a way to get revenge. The first victim was not even that much of a threat to them, just a bystander living in the wrong millennium.... Then again he was on his 99th cup of coffee. Who knows what he could have done if he reached 100. Lopen has died, he was One mans amazing future is another mans mundane present. In the future you can go to the moon, have a robot as your best friend, pet a dinosaur and meet the heads of ancient presidents. All the boring activities the average citizen in the year 3000 can imagine. You are Philip J. Fry, TOWN Vanilla You may live in the future now, but you're still just an average joe. You have no real special talent of your own.... besides being your own grandpa. Sure that comes in handy during a brain invasion, but I can assure you you have bigger threats to worry about this time. All you can do is vote during the day. You win when all threats to the timeline have been dealt with. The second victim however, was targeted due to a personal grudge. He saw too much, and could not be allowed to see anything ever again. They tracked down his ancestors, his organization and the man himself to erase it all in one fell swoop. Scare has died, he was... The lives of our ancestors often seems cooler than our own, everything was better in the old days many say. But history tends to leave out the bad and color the past brighter than it really is. History is written by the winners and they leave their secrets in the dark. You are right there in the dark with them. But you are the traveller who makes it possible to see what many can only dream of. You can also use your own eyes and see the truth of what happened, rather than relying on scripture or other such historical records. Each night you can target a living player and watch them to learn the names of everyone that visited him that night. Standard Watcher stuff. Also, once during the game,you can instead go into the past and watch a dead player to see whoever visited them during the night they died. You win when all threats to the timeline have been dealt with. Time is starting to run out for everyone. Numbered are the days before the dark future comes true at last. This world cannot rest until the past, future AND present have been restored to normal.
