The very concept of a presidential pardon is contentious, but the fact Americans would re-elect a man who attempted to overthrow the government in response to not getting his way, is absolute proof that Americans don't care about the notion of "rule of law". Biden may as well use his last moments of power to remove his son from Republican petty pursuits.
