You should be much more concerned about Trump appointing an "heir" than him either living to a third term or having the health to actually run again. Running for and being President is utterly draining and every single man who takes the job visibly ages every single term from the stresses of it. This is very likely Trumps final term one way or another. Biology cares not for the ego of man. Thats why theyll support him.
