Well, the Trump admin are the ones that came up with sec 301 and it's exclusions back in 2018. They aren't that unfamiliar with the concept of exclusions. The fact that a plenty of large corporations had plenty of large sec 301 exclusions then should be used as an indication that they will likely get them again. Just to add, Trump nominated the new USTR.
