I'm not sure I would trust a kid buying a chest binder and understanding how to use it safely, nor would I trust Walmart to sell a chest binder that is safe to use in the first place. The rest is nonsense, but at the very least the restriction on chest binder sales is a smart one, even if the restriction is for the entirly wrong reason. --- -Insert witty signature here- ...
