In fact, the only time in my life it wasnt a nothing burger was 2020, because we all knew Trump was going to run again as long as his cult continued their unthinking devotion.

I think what gets me is people know Politico is trash. They know corporate media is out for clicks. They know stories are constantly reported on flimsy nothingness that aren't given much at all. It happens time and time again.

But every time, these get posted and uncritically believed and commented on without any sort of skepticism even after folks have been fooled ten times. It's why I say people are just addicted to despair. This sort of thing gives them the high
