| Topic | Why not just grandfather the ones in that are already here, THEN tighten down? |

Give them a grace period to get legal and then tighten down on boarder. Ez For new ones, I really would prefer that they give them English classes to learn the majority language. I mean I believe that is reasonable. If youre gonna live somewhere permanent, kinda convenient for EVERYONE if you can AT LEAST speak enough to get by.
