I predict that there will not be such a grand federal gesture as to legalize rape or sexual assault. It's a logistical mess to even attempt and Republicans are too lazy for that.

States I'm not as confident on, but again, it's a mess to try to reverse settled law (and this is law, not a court decision).

What is far more likely is that they will instead do as they've always done: apply existing law on a case-by-case basis in a way that benefits them, using every loophole available.

As was mentioned, POC, and likely LGBTQ+ people as well, will find themselves vastly over-affected by this, whereas we'll be back in the days of individual judges not wanting to ruin a promising young white boy's future over "one little mistake".
