I understand where you're coming from. I personally feel like the vocals suit it just fine, and I don't typically care for screamo-adjacent vocals either. But the instrumental would be really good on its own, too.

Also, I'm not really sure what exactly wouldn't be appropriate about the video? I guess I popped in and out of it as I listened, but it seemed fine to me. Maybe some stylized "gore"? I don't see a problem with that.
