I also had serious issues with the neomorph designs. The most glaring example is that their incredibly spindly legs would be far too weak to allow them to run, and their bones would break easily. They also look less scary than the xenomorphs without an exoskeleton. As for Alien Ressurection, it's not that bad a movie so long as you don't take it too seriously.
