If youre of the typical age range for this board, its been around 2 decades. For your own sake you need to let that shit go. If you cant do it on your own, get some professional help because holding all that negativity so firmly is only hurting you. I can't deny that. But the way I see it is I let it defeat me long ago and it's kind of too hard to reverse. I'm not sure what unpacking it does at this point instead of trying to mindfully work on everything I feel like I missed. Being the curly, late bloomer, impulsive ADHD kid with glasses was too hard to over come, and it too negatively painted my perceptions on all those people.
