If you're still sore, you probably shouldn't exercise those muscles until they feel better.I kind of exaggerate. I also only do 5 days a week. If I have a day where my body is telling me "no" I listen. Also, I started with no days of working out. But yeah, I feel good. I would do full body workouts since I'm afraid I'm going to miss a muscle that's just not going to develop. You know when you see someone who obviously worked out one muscle waay too much and another not at all, making them look disproportionate. I don't want to be captain biceps.
