Still, though, to paint Ontario, Quebec, and BC as "crime-ridden" doesn't really accurately portray where they sit in the grand scheme of things. A lot of crimes happen, but that's a function of the population more so than anything else.Honestly I felt safer in PEI than I did in Winnipeg. Winnipeg is just awful.
