It has to do with your metabolism I believe, and eating anything kind of jumpstarts it. So the consistent eating keeps your metabolism going all days.

Another example I heard was an analogy; every time you eat your stomach is like an oven burning through the food. But it has to preheat. If you use it more frequently, its getting back up to temperature and burning off the food faster. But with one meal a day, its starting cold and having to burn through a lot.


I'm just honestly not hungry during the day.
