It doesn't matter if everyone knows they suck, Remow has the license to distribute and Remow doesn't care. They fucked the subs up in multiple countries and languages.
I feel bad for the dub VAs. It's not their fault, really. You don't mix up the Ls and the Rs in words and not notice, I'm sure they had to follow orders to a T. They were excited to announce their roles last Sunday and then.....bluh.
