I LOVE to both eat and cook but at 48 now it is more difficult to keep my weight in check with my lower activity level than when I was younger and was much more active. I have some health issues that keep me from being able to work out effectively so it would be nice to just be able to pig out and not worry about weight. Especially as I get older.
