Obstruction is defined as a white collar crime that wouldnt apply to the J6 case. The rioters didnt tamper, hide, destroy, or change documents/records being used in the proceedingsthey disrupted the event by storming the building. You guys want them convicted on a bogus charge. Theyll still go to jail for a host of other chargesjust not for obstruction.

The biggest takeaway is that it weakens the case against Trump, which is what Im assuming most people are upset about. The article said hes not completely off the hook and a case can be made against him. The prosecution just has to prove actual obstruction of, or a plan to obstruct, proceedings.

Oh shut up. Just shut the ever loving fuck up.

We are where we are right now because Joe Biden is running for a second term when he indicated he wouldnt

its the ego of Biden that hes the only man for the job

this same type of shit got roe v Wade overturned when RBG didnt step down when she could have

If Trump wasn't running, I'm sure Biden would have stuck with his one-term bit. But, he's seen what Trump has done in 4 years, and wasn't about to let that happen again. He probably felt like he had no other choice.
