It was confirmed he's disqualified from serving and it happened at some point during the enlisting process. There's just no proof if it was because of the exam or if he even got that far. What makes it sorta credible is that him being disqualified actually was news that the handler shared first and then later confirmed by a Marine spokesperson Reminds me of that guy who was arrested after his interview to join the police force.
