It's like they gave up trying to draw a gator/croc mouth and put on a generic moe blob feline-y face instead in an attempt to make it look more "soft/cute". How do you get something like this from the GBA? The first ~1:45 of this thing is so good. Probably one of the best not-Suite sections of vgm I have heard in the entire bracket. 1.
