Just because he says he's frustrated or that he has a red line, doesn't mean he actually does anything to stop or slow them down, as we've all seen. trump wouldn't pretend to care, but pretending to care doesn't matter if there is no limit to support of genocide regardless. This is that dumb "decorum" shit that democrats place way too much importance on.
