This whole argument goes away when you realize how much worse Trump would be for the situation. Regardless of which side you're on, there comes a time to be realistic: even if you're the most avid anti-Israel activist, you can't seriously believe the situation will be improved by voting for somebody other than Biden.

You're either voting for a non-starter candidate who has a 0% chance of winning anything, or you're voting for Trump, which is significantly worse. And if you don't vote at all, that's still a -1 for Biden.
