Very pro-Russian, nationalistic, and socially conservative but also economically left wing. In a coalition with the far-right, but also social democrats. Stopped support to Ukraine. Got deposed for being massively corrupt, then last year got back in and started trying to dismantle the countrys anti-corruption laws. It could have been for any number of reasons.
