TopicWhat's the most money you think you'd ever spend on a watch?

Personally I'd be happy to spend up to 5000 on a good watch, although tbh I'm spoiled by my iWatch as I don't even think about using another watch. Smart watches have probably ruined the tradition for most younger folks.

I don't have anything super super special, my Tissot is about 1600 and I also have a Seiko Chronograph which is about 600. There are a couple of cheapy digital watches in the box underneath my watch winder. My favourite of which is my Casio calculator/tv remote watch.

A colleague of mine has a Breitling Concorde - insured at 22,000. I would love a Breitling (a cheaper one for 5k) but as an unwanted iPhone user, Apple are too fucking arrogant to share their iOS, so I'll live with my cheapy iWatch for now.
