I ran the 3200, 1600, and 800 in middle school track. A six minute mile isn't anything major in distance running circles especially on a track. I wasn't anywhere close to special or Prefontaine. I just ran alot. I was the worst runner on my cross country team. I am horribly out of shape now. --- You know how fads are. Today it's brains, tomorrow, pierced tongues.
