Im sure Noem would kill a cat or any other animal that inconvenienced her. Reading about a person who shot a puppy they couldnt manage to train, then shot a goat because her bloodlust wasnt sated, and then gleefully revealed it as something positive to know about her is getting a tour of the mind of a psychopath.
