He was talked about a bit here and there, but I only remember seeing him a single time. Xande also is never seen interacting with his 2 ex-buddies either. He actually makes Exdeath look good, which is kind of funny. IIRC, yeah. He's talked about a lot as a distant threat, but you barley interact with him.
