| MrMelodramatic 05/04/24 5:48:16 PM #1: | Last night I went to a gala sorta thing related to work and during dinner sat next to these two ladies who had a whole table to themselves because all their friends bailed.
Anyway they were pretty cool. One went to the same college as me and graduated the same year and we had a mutual friend. The other one I talked to about sports and kids and our jobs. She gave me her phone number and said I should come to the place she works or hang out sometime. after dinner I left to do things with coworkers but wed run into each other occasionally. I danced with the girl who gave me her number and they helped me win a best dressed contest and we had a few drinks together etc. I kindaaaa feel like maybe they were pranking/humoring me the whole night but I also legit thought they were pretty cool. I have like 0 non-work friends so Id really like to have people I could hang out with on my own time. But is it weird if I call? What do I even say?
