If the office of president does not have the power to do these things, then casting your vote for president is effectively meaningless, and those who choose not to are justified in their decision. So which is it? This is stupid because there are vastly more issues then Gaza. Like the GOP's ramping up to a genocide of trans people, attempts to turn the presidency into a monarchy for Trump, Climate change, abortion rights, workers rights etc What Biden does is almost irrelevant to this calculus.
