Every single Yoshi game, as well as every single Super Smash Bros. game as well as any Mario game where Yoshi is on the playable roster.

Killer Instinct (Riptor)

Primal Rage (a few members of the roster are dinosaurs)

Nanosaur and Nanosaur 2: Hatchling (you play as a genetically-engineered raptor that was hatched in the fourth millennium, and is sent back in time to retrieve various dinosaur eggs before the meteor comes to wipe out the dinosaurs)

E.V.O.: Search for Eden (you don't start out as a dinosaur, but you can evolve into one, and once the meteor drops, you can choose to stay as a dinosaur into the following Ice Age instead of changing to a bird or a mammal)

Jurassic Park on Genesis (some levels have you play as a velociraptor)
