The guy you think you're responding to doesn't exist, and every time you respond to him and he sees the (1) at the top right corner of the website it gives him a dopamine rush. There is literally nothing you can say to a troll that will upset them except nothing. Don't feed him, do not interact. At this point I don't think it's a gimmick, he's just genuinely that way. Completely agree with the rest of your post though. Blocking him is best.
