FWIW, it took me a lot longer than 2 hours to S Rank everything. I dunno exactly how much longer but there were some missions that took more than 2 hours of tries for the S Rank. Of course, that was going for full stealth. If it's like TPP, you can probably just charge through at full tilt and S Rank it anyway.
