That's reality. Like it or not that's how the voting system in the United States works.

We have a 2 party system that, so any discussion regardless if you like it or not, not voting for one is helping the other. No matter how idealistic you want to go about it. No matter if the better of the 2 candidates doesn't tick every box you want. Regardless, one or the other is going to win and become the next President of the United States.

Each individual voter is also responsible for their own actions if they don't vote. They are also responsible for allowing the worse of the 2 win, if they so choose to wither not vote, vote 3rd party, or vote for the worse candidate.

No amount of virtue signalling will change that is how President of the United States is chosen.
