Topic	I have an idea. Convert abandoned malls into living spaces and rent them out

It would pretty much require gutting the building though and redoing the plumbing, electrical, the floor plans, etc... to the point where it would be cheaper to tear the building down and build a new one. It is a nice idea in concept but in reality it isn't easy to achieve. Single room occupancies with communal bathrooms would be my most "dystopian" idea for places like that.
