I really don't understand why people hate vaan and penelo so much tbh, they're not bad for what they are : symbols of rabanastre in the eyes of Ashe. And they're not particularly annoying either. I don't really hate anyone in that crew tbh This implies they even had characters to hate, let alone feel any emotion about. Hell Im not even sure why they tagged along for the adventure. Same goes for the air pirate guy and his bunny partner.
