I don't like that Biden greenlit the bill, particularly if he wants me to believe he isn't totally senile and out of touch. OK then Joe I guess you're just an asshole then. He's not senile. But he is as out of touch as any other legislator who knows what a telefax machine is, and probably used it during their tenure. Every legislator needs a millennial IT guy (or younger) to explain technology and digital security issues in plain language to them.
