The absolute worst was once when I had my indicator on trying to merge, and I couldn't tell if I had enough room, so I slowed down but he matched my speed, so I sped up but he matched my speed. This went on for at least a mile, until the only way I could come up with to actually make my exit was to (check my rear view first and) brake hard.
